A native of Lafayette, Louisiana, Hannah graduated with honors from the Manship School of Mass Communication at Louisiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and an area of special interest in energy and public affairs and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
